To Order

1. Please leave a comment with your name, item name (size/color if any), your email address.
2. Orders are taken in on first come first served basis.
3. Email orders would not be entertained.
4. An invoice with payment details would be emailed to you once we have receive your orders (please wait for at least 12 hours for the invoice).
5. Payment has to be made within 24 hours once the invoice has been sent.
6. If no payment is received after 24 hours, your item will no longer be reserved.
7. We accept Ibanking and ATM transfers to POSB or DBS only. 
8. We advise you to keep your ATM receipts in case we do not receive any of your ATM transfers.

Delivery

1. Please allow 3-4 working days for the parcels to reach you once they have been mailed.
2. Registered mail is available at an additional $2.24 per package.
3. Postage will vary according to the weight of the parcels.
4. There would be no self-collection option for the time being, unless otherwise stated.
5. We are not responsible for any lost mail via normal postage. We strongly advise all customers to opt for registered postage.

Laundry Care

1. We strongly advise that all apparels are to be hand washed, separately, in mild detergent. Please try to avoid spin/dry function.
2. Please turn your apparel inside out before washing and ironing.
3. Please refrain from soaking in water or rubbing the fabric.
4. Please iron our clothes on low heat settings to prevent damaging of the fabric.

Exchange Policy

1. We do not entertain refunds, returns and exchanges unless there is a manufacturing fault with the item.
2. Please check all apparels upon receipt of items. Please email us within 10 days of a the mailing date, with a clear snapshot of the defected portion. All defected goods must be mailed back to us within 3 days after your email.
3. An exchange will be processed via mailing. We will only offer an exchange when we receive your returned item safely.
4. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit. No refunds will be made. Postage will be borne by you.
5. Items returned must be in original unworn and unwashed condition that it was when first received. 
6. Please note that colours and sizes vary a little and these are not manufacturing faults. An exchange will not be entertained.
7. No size exchanges are allowed.
